I was incredibly frustrated by the lack of air conditioning, making my stay uncomfortably warm. The Wi-Fi was virtually unusable, constantly disconnecting and hardly worth connecting to. On top of that, the thin walls allowed me to hear every noise from neighboring rooms, disrupting my sleep.

The location is superb for accessing

the train station and has easy connections to various destinations like Basel and Colmar. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, making us feel welcomed. However, the absence of an elevator made carrying our luggage upstairs quite a chore.

The breakfast was excellent, like, tons of choices, fresh coffee and warm croissants! It was a small, cozy setup, and the staff treated us like family, giving that personal touch that matters.

I stayed in a Superior Double Room for 3 nights. The room was super clean, and I really appreciated the comfy bed. Loved that the bathroom had these cute mosaic tiles. they added a nice touch. Also, the room service was great, everything was tidy after they cleaned it. The only downside was the lack of an elevator, which was a bit of a hassle with my luggage, and it felt a bit cramped sometimes, but it was overall good for the price!

Very clean and tidy rooms, the staff were hospitable and helpful. Convenient location close to the train station and public transport (the bus to the airport is just a 6-min ride). Breakfast was copious and tasty, served in a lovely lobby.
